Lifestyle in the Mirror of Traditional Jurisprudence

Abstract
The relation between jurisprudence and lifestyle can be evaluated via two views a view in the domain of available texts and sources of jurisprudence (descriptive view) and a view in the domain of more perfect sources and texts which can be called desired jurisprudence (prescriptive view). Based on the first view, it is tried to prove different issues of jurisprudence by reviewing the books and we can talk about a firm and obvious link between jurisprudent teachings and lifestyle. Although it cannot be claimed that all behavioral models required by Islamic lifestyle are readily and perfectly present in traditional jurisprudence, the existence of original and structural frameworks of lifestyle in it cannot be denied. Moreover, this matter that the proposing of behavioral models in various domains of human life through jurisprudence depends on constituting governmental jurisprudence is discussed in this article.
