The Analysis of Distributive Justice According to the Advices of Imam Ali (PBUH)
(case study: Art University of Isfahan)

Abstract
Based on a reliable classification, organizational justice has been divided into three components distributive, procedural and interactional. On the other hand, many organizational factors have been influenced by organizational justice such as job satisfaction, commitment, motivation, performance and productivity, corporate identity, job involvement, organizational trust, loyalty, morale, turnover, negative political behavior, absenteeism and behavior of citizens and non-citizens. While expressing some points about distributive justice and Islam and Nahjolbalagheh views about justice, the factors of distributive justice have been extracted from the letter of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and the extent of their performance has been investigated in the Art University of Isfahan.
This study is a descriptive-survey research and the research questions have been examined by using data from researcher-made questionnaire. For this purpose, from the entire statistical population (252 persons), 110 persons have been selected and the questionnaires have been completed by them. The sample has been chosen by stratified random sampling method and it has been analyzed by using inferential statistical methods such as: t Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis of variance MANOVA and LSD.
The results of this study show that distributive justice has been performed less than the average level in the Art University of Isfahan. It is also stated that possibly the factor of education as a key element has been involved in surveys and its trend has been maintained in most comparative tests. In other words, employees who have a higher education level have perceived the distributive justice less than others in the Art University of Isfahan.
